06 February 2026 | CSI School for the Visually Impaired, Irenepuram, Kanyakumari District

On 06 February 2026, Thaaikarangal Charitable Trust successfully organised a meaningful Career Guidance Program for visually impaired students who are preparing to appear for their public examinations at the C.S.I. School for the Visually Impaired, Irenepuram, Kanyakumari District.

The session was led by Dr. R. Raja, Managing Trustee & President of Thaaikarangal Charitable Trust, who interacted directly with the students. He explained, in a clear and motivating manner, the various opportunities available to them in higher education, skill development, and future employment. Practical guidance was shared to help students make informed decisions and plan their future with confidence.

A total of 40 visually impaired students participated in the program. As part of the initiative, the Trust distributed essential stationery items and snacks to support the students in their upcoming public examinations. This gesture served not only as practical assistance but also as encouragement and appreciation for their dedication and hard work.

The confidence and enthusiasm reflected on the students’ faces clearly showed the positive impact of the program. This event marked another important step in empowering visually impaired students and supporting their educational and professional aspirations.

Thaaikarangal Charitable Trust remains committed to guiding and uplifting visually impaired students through continuous educational and motivational initiatives.
